Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

Expedited Shipping

1-2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air

Overnight Shipping

Next business day via UPS Overnight

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on location. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipment Protection

All items are carefully packaged and insured during transit. Clubs are shipped in protective cases or wrapping to prevent damage. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Returns

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • • Item is in the same condition as received (no use on the course)
  • • Item has not been tested or swung
  • • Item includes all original components and packaging
  • • Item was purchased within the return period

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, items showing any signs of use cannot be returned. This includes:

  • • Clubs that have been used or tested on the course
  • • Items with new wear, scratches, or marks
  • • Items without original packaging or components

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@fairwaydeals.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely with all original components
  4. Ship the item back to us
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
